‘Wole Oladokun, is a senior HR professional, a thought leader within People management space both locally and internationally. A Senior Manager with International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA – Headquarters), P4D/S  Directorate.

He is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife where he obtained a Bachelor degree of Science in Psychology and Master of Science, Industrial and Organizational Psychology from same institution of higher learning, Master of Business Administrations – Marketing Management from Lagos State University ( Ikoyi Campus),Doctorate degree in Ministry ,Divinity and Leadership from International Bible Academy USA and currently studying for Ph.D. in Public Policy and Sustainable Development with Atlantic International University, United State of America and a fully funded Doctoral degree in Business Administration at INTI University, Malaysia (both Online, Flexible Distance learning).

‘Wole is a full member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN),full member, Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD), Professional Member, Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-USA), Chartered Human Resources Consultant – CHRC (Chartered Association of Business Administrators, Canada),Certified Human Resource Analyst- CHRA, Certified Human Resource Business Partner-CHRBP and Fellow, Global Academy for Finance and Management(GAFM-USA).

‘Wole has garnered experience spanning over 2 decades in People Management & Administrations across industries such as Hospitality, Manufacturing, Services, and International Research / Non-for-profit Organization.

Over these years of professional practice, He has worked in key positions such as;  Business Development Manager with Nigerian Bottling Company Lagos (Member, Coca – Cola Hellenic Bottling Company Group), Head, Human Resources, Bemil Nigeria Limited Lagos, Head, Human Resources and Administration, Leventis Snacks Limited Lagos (a subsidiary of A.G Leventis Plc), Employee Services Manager – IITA and currently as Head, Administration and Corporate Governance with International Institute of Tropical Agriculture – Business Incubation Platform (IITA -BIP), Ibadan.

Wole is a corporate policy expert, sustainable development advocate, wellness & work-life balance influencer and an employee / Industrial relations advisor, real estate developer and multi – sector entrepreneur and investor.

He is a highly sought organizational culture engineer, mental health advisor, management consultant, enterprise risk management champion and ISO 9000:9001 Certified Quality Auditor.

In terms of capacity building, Wole has attended and facilitated several Management and leadership development programs both locally and internationally such as (Advanced Human Resource Management and Global compliance and risk management excellence, strengthening Governance, Due diligence and ESG integration Executive Program at the prestigious Lagos Business School (PAN Atlantic University) Lagos Nigeria, AWARD – LEPARD Leadership program at ICRISAT, Hyderabad India etc…

He is the President / Founder, Leadership Role Model Association ( Non For Profit Organization) and the Convener, Leadership Redefined Conference (LRC). He is a Minister of the full Gospel, serving as Pastor in Charge of Zone in the RCCG Mission.

He is married to ESV. Oludayo Oladokun ANIEVS, RSV ( CEO and Principal Partner at Dayo Oladokun & Co Estate Surveyors and Valuers and the marriage is blessed and favoured by God with Trophies of Grace.
